Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Customer Care Project Coordinator - VDC to act as the sales liaison and subject matter expert for custom products and projects within the Customer Care team.

You will prepare quotations, support pricing guidelines, manage quotes and orders, and coordinate delivery while maintaining exceptional service and profitability. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and willingness to travel occasionally; join a team committed to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong MS Office skills.
• Minimum three years of customer service and/or Victaulic product knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to make infrequent overnight travel.
• Ability to support project coordination and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as sales liaison to internal and external customers.
• Act as subject matter expert for custom products and projects.
• Prepare and issue project quotations for standard and custom products.
• Process quotes and orders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate project delivery requirements using basic expediting skills.
• Review project status and coordinate with customers.
• Provide feedback on CC procedures and identify process improvements.
