Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Customer Care Project Coordinator for our Easton, PA location. You will serve as a sales liaison to internal and external customers, act as SME for custom products, and prepare project quotations while ensuring accurate, timely service delivery.

You will support pricing guidelines, manage quotes and orders, and coordinate project delivery with internal teams. Strong communication, detail orientation, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Minimum three years of customer service and/or Victaulic product knowledge.
• Project management and analytical skills preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Extraordinary attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Qlik View/Sense applications.
• Demonstrates leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales liaison to internal and external customers.
• Act as SME for custom products & projects.
• Prepare and issue project quotations for standard and custom products.
• Support pricing processes to conform to margin & pricing guidelines.
• Handle quote and order tasks and service-related activities timely.
• Coordinate project delivery using basic expediting skills and escalation as needed.
• Review project management reports and communicate status to customers.
• Provide feedback on CC procedures and identify process improvements.
• Respond to customer inquiries using established procedures promptly.
