Responsibilities

• Serve as sales liaison with internal and external customers.
• Prepare and issue project quotations for standard and custom products.
• Support pricing and margin guidance; follow pricing guidelines.
• Manage quotes, orders, documentation, and product delivery.
• Coordinate project delivery requiring expediting and satisfaction of customers.
• Communicate project status and coordinate with job sites and customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve CC procedures and processes.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve problems promptly using established procedures.
