Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Customer Satisfaction Coordinator to act as the bridge between Customer Care, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. You will analyze and resolve compressed schedule inquiries, monitor order progress, and keep customers informed of changes to expedited or COM dates.

The role requires a service-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to ensure orders stay on track and customers remain satisfied.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Customer Service and/or Victaulic product knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to lead and collaborate effectively to drive process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between Customer Care, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Analyze and resolve customer requests for compressed schedule material inquiries, requirements, or problems using established procedures.
• Utilize QlikView reports and system tools to meet quotes/orders via Service Requests.
• Support Customer Care with product delivery requirements using Victaulic Kanban System knowledge.
• Monitor and expedite orders by interfacing with Manufacturing and Supply Chain; communicate changes to Customer Care.
