Victaulic is seeking a Customer Satisfaction Coordinator to liaison between Customer Care, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. You will analyze inquiries, monitor orders, and ensure timely communication on disposition and dates.

The role requires a minimum of three years in customer service with strong MS Office and data tooling proficiency, plus a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Customer Service experience and product knowledge.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Customer Care, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Analyze and resolve customer requests and expedite orders.
• Maintain close communication with Customer Care on order disposition and changes to dates.
• Support training activities for Customer Care and promote process improvements.
