Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Customer Satisfaction Coordinator to join our Commerce Park operations. The role acts as a liaison among Customer Care, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to analyze and resolve compressed schedule inquiries, expedite orders, and communicate changes to relevant teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Customer Service, strong MS Office and QlikView skills, and excellent communication with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Customer Service experience and/or Victaulic product knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Extraordinary attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between Customer Care, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Analyze and resolve customer requests for compressed schedule material inquiries or problems.
• Monitor and expedite orders; communicate changes to expedited or COM dates.
• Support training activities for Customer Care; uphold a professional demeanor.
