FirmaPak, Your Packaging Friend, is seeking a Customer Care Representative to thrill customers through day-to-day interactions, onboarding new accounts, managing orders, and communicating price announcements. You will partner with sales and operations to ensure accurate pricing and timely deliveries.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in an account-support role with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in an account support role with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in packaging is a plus.
• Demonstrated project management skills, highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to accounts with emphasis on packaging distributors.
• Review, track, and manage activities from order placement through delivery.
• Maintain and update sales records in CRM/ERP; prepare reports.
• Collaborate with sales/finance to update customer pricing monthly.
• Coordinate with sales, scheduling, and operations for orders, pricing, availability, and shipping.
• Handle intake of customer quality concerns and coordinate with quality team.
