Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to operate computer terminal.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and move packages above 50 lbs with assistance or equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Respond to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of FedEx services.
• Perform administrative support functions necessary for station operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
