Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Service Concierge to lead the customer care experience across our stores. The role focuses on advocating for the customer, coordinating with managers to ensure top-tier service before, during, and after visits, and driving loyalty through proactive follow-up with new and service customers.

The ideal candidate will have dealership experience, strong sales aptitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to uphold Victory's high standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a dealership or similar environment.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to interpret customer needs and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer experience and makes adjustments to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintains communication with customers to prevent problems before, during and after a sale or service visit.
• Develops follow-up processes to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Coordinates with departments to bridge gaps and resolve issues.
• Attend department meetings and share feedback on customer experience.
• Backup support to ensure seamless customer service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
