Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to be the vital link between customers and service centers, handling payments, scheduling, and service inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

The Mouse team emphasizes growth and comprehensive training, offering starting pay at $17 per hour, plus a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a robust 401(k) with company match, plus vacation and other perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience necessary.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with payments, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
• Notate customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support additional tasks and projects as needed by internal teams.
• Problem-solve customer accounts for current and future needs.
• Maintain consistent, clear communication with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (administrative associates, sales, service professionals, and management) to ensure exceptional customer service.
