Kennedy Services Ltd. is seeking a Customer Care Representative to help set up payment plans, document account issues, and offer long-term solutions to reduce amounts due.

You will assist customers with account setup, logins, and preferences, and support KTAG-related services and toll billing discussions. The role emphasizes friendly, calm, and professional communication, with opportunities to work on auto-pay setups and dispute resolutions, while guiding customers on using the DriveKS portal

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and professional speaking voice.
• Experience with debt collections, call center work, or soft sales is a plus.
• Friendly, positive approach to difficult situations.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Type at least 25 words per minute with >85% accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Creating and updating customer accounts.
• Assisting with account login and password issues.
• Managing account preferences and settings.
• Providing Transponder and KTAG support and assistance with KTAGs.
• Ordering and activating KTAGs and troubleshooting KTAG issues.
• Processing lost or stolen KTAGs and explaining toll charges and billing statements.
• Handling payments, disputes, and setting up auto-pay options.
• Addressing billing discrepancies and assisting with account statements.
• Explaining policies, fees, and toll rates; guiding on DriveKS website/app usage.
• Answering questions about road closures, construction, and maintenance; assisting with online account management.
