Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a customer service environment; call center experience preferred.
• Excellent reading comprehension and mathematical skills.
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process supply orders and service call issues via phone and email.
• Assist SBS customers with product-related questions and concerns.
