Job summary

Qualifications

• Packaging industry experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with internal functions to handle requests.
• Process orders, provide confirmations, ship dates, and manage credit card orders and RMAs.
• Support regional sales by updating opportunities and keeping data current.
• Provide order status/backlog reporting and update customers regularly.
• Answer customer calls and input orders into the ERP system.
• Liaise between sales and administration to resolve issues.
• Complete required training including safety/compliance.
• Other duties as assigned; may vary by branch location.
