Qualifications

• Willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails from residential customers about billing, pricing, and product information.
• Respond to emails and follow up with phone calls as needed.
• Set deferred payment dates for customers with payment difficulties.
• Educate customers on Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity programs.
• Promote Ritter Communications services and upgrades to customers.
