The CSSR will process orders, answer product questions, and navigate an ERP system while escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process supply orders and service call issues via phone and email.
• Support SBS customers with product-related questions and concerns.
• Handle billing, order status and customer inquiries.
• Route calls by determining the reason for the contact.
• Develop knowledge of the ERP system for requests.
• Interact with industry software daily.
• Document calls and ensure timely resolution for customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments and escalate as needed.
• Provide product knowledge and identify sales opportunities when appropriate.
