UniFirst is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sacramento, CA. You will be a key liaison between customers and the company, delivering outstanding service with accuracy and courtesy in person, by phone, and by email.

The role emphasizes accounts receivable duties, cross-functional support with the Sales Department, data entry, and reliable problem solving in a fast-paced environment. We offer training, a 5-day work week, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting.
• Prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent recommended.
• Verbal & written communication skills: professional telephone and email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to both customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts.
• Partner with UniFirst’s Sales Department and perform basic data entry and administrative duties.
