Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will act as a liaison between customers and the company, delivering outstanding service and supporting the Sales department.

We offer on-the-job training and a comprehensive benefits package in addition to a 5-day work week with weekends off. This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting is preferred.
• Prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged.
• Verbal & written communication skills: professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable tasks: calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving conflicts.
• Partner with UniFirst’s Sales Department and provide administrative support.
• Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties.
