Answering Service Care in New Jersey is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to handle calls for clients across industries, following scripts to deliver friendly, accurate information. You’ll support customers via phone, live chat, text, and email, and keep notes across multiple systems.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with a raise to $19.00 after four months, plus weekly bonuses from $2.75 per hour. We offer health, dental and vision coverage for full-time staff, PTO from day one, weekly

Qualifikationen

• Clear, friendly communication, both spoken and written.
• Patience and empathy, even when it gets busy.
• Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
• Availability for at least one weekend shift required (Saturday or Sunday).
