Answering Service Care is a trusted live answering service with three offices, delivering professional customer support across diverse industries. We seek Answering Service Agents who can deliver warm, accurate call handling, lead intakes, and effective message relay for one designated set of accounts while supporting overflow as needed.

In Pennsylvania, compensation starts at $16.00/hr with weekly performance bonuses and a potential increase to $16.50/hr at four months.

• Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details with precision.
• Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed.
• Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication.
• Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience.
• Provide live chat, SMS, and email support.
