Answering Service Care is seeking an attentive answering service agent to support a variety of clients in Hamilton Township, NJ. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, starting at $18.50 per hour with a raise to $19.00 after four months and weekly bonuses for performance.

You will handle calls, messages, scheduling, and multi-channel support, ensuring accurate notes across systems. Candidates should communicate clearly and calmly, with empathy during busy periods.

What You’ll Do

• Answer and place calls for clients in many industries, following each client’s script
• Take messages, schedule appointments, collect new customer details, and transfer calls
• Support customers through live chat, text, and email
• Keep accurate notes across multiple computer systems

What We’re Looking For

• Clear, friendly communication, both spoken and written
• Patience and empathy, even when it gets busy
• Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
• Availability for at least one weekend shift required (Saturday or Sunday)

What You’ll Get
