Job summary

BioHorizons is seeking a Customer Care Associate in Birmingham, AL to handle new customer account setups and ongoing account maintenance. The role includes clerical duties, invoicing, and collaboration with Operations to ensure timely product shipments.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a team environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of Customer service or related experience preferred.
• Previous clerical/administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and perform new account setups and changes.
• Provide clerical support to the Customer Care Department.
• Process daily invoices and assist with inventory/document handling.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely shipment of products.
• Assist Customer Care Representatives with administrative tasks.
