Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Member Services, Payroll, and Operations to resolve issues, communicate updates, and advance client objectives, requiring strong communication, organization, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in account management, customer success, client services, healthcare, or related client-facing role.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate internal resources to address client questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Support onboarding and transition activities for new clients and ensure smooth handoffs between teams.
• Conduct routine account reviews and communicate program performance and feedback.
• Maintain accurate client records and generate client reports and summaries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Member Services, Payroll, and Operations to meet client needs.
