Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to identify needs to develop long-term customer relationships
• Ability to solve problems and provide solutions
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
