Responsibilities

• Establish cordial relationships with customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Inform customers about banking products and services.
• Provide information on account balances, status, and history.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Protect customers' confidential information and use it appropriately.
• Improve the banking experience by quick issue resolution.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend appropriate accounts.
• Refer customers to Wealth, Mortgage, Commercial, and Treasury Services.
• Perform teller duties including deposits, checks, cash advances, and payments.
• Complete training within the expected timeframes.
• In some markets, may handle cash vault duties and related tasks.
• Support the bank’s mission, vision, and values.
