Responsibilities

• Process transactions through teller equipment on all retail and corporate accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cash advances.
• Meet established referral goals.
• Maintain cash flow and security drawers, terminals, and other valuables.
• Manage a teller window while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Multitask to shift from one transaction to another efficiently.
• Count money accurately with arithmetic skills.
• Access account information and process transactions using computer systems.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and guidelines by attending required classes.
• Provide high-quality customer service while maintaining professionalism.
• Understand and follow risk management and regulatory procedures.
