Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features of Consumer/Business Banking solutions.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain loan application criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing tasks for Consumer/Business Banking relationships.
• Follow sales process and provide customer-focused advice.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand relationships.
• Adhere to customer service standards and resolve complaints in systems.
• Review and resolve overdrafts; complete transactions and related operations.
• Document interactions and appointments using the appropriate system.
