• Strong interpersonal skills help build trust and rapport with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to interact with varying customers (consumer to small business) and manage conversations effectively.
• Proficiency with internet-based tools and digital banking features supports daily branch activities.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain high level loan decision criteria and assist with servicing of customer relationships.
• Follow sales process and provide clear, client-focused guidance to meet banking needs.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
