Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year retail sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with a range of customers and handle difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain banking features; make recommendations.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain loan application criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Follow the bank's sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand banking relationships.
• Maintain customer service standards and deliver a differentiated experience.
• Manage lobby flow, greet customers, and identify needs.
• Introduce banking partners when opportunities arise.
• Assist AML/BSA/KYC processes and escalate suspected fraud.
• Log customer complaints and resolve overdrafts appropriately.
• Process customer transactions accurately and document interactions.
