Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customers’ transactional needs.
• Answers inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests.
• Develops relationships with customers and remains informed about their banking.
• Educates customers on consumer products and digital solutions such as mobile and online banking.
• Assists branch and team members with basic tasks to aid in resolving customer problems.
• Refers customers to internal experts for more complex financial needs.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations, reporting operational risks.
• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions' solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on emerging technology.
