Citizens is hiring a Teller in Ohio to greet customers in the lobby, demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs, and help customers complete simple transactions. You will provide personalized advice aligned with financial goals and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.

You will follow all policies, maintain accurate cash handling, and deliver exceptional service while supporting branch goals and community needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience processing transactions (cash/digital payments) is preferred.
• Strong listening and communication skills are essential.
• Customer-centric approach and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate app/ATM use.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers as needed.
• Respond to questions with product knowledge while ensuring cash handling compliance.
• Follow all financial policies and local/state regulations.
