Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to asks questions and identify needs to improve customer relationships.
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending/referring products and services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Help customers set personal financial goals and tailor solutions (future planning, home purchase, credit cards).
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking; collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies, including cash handling and regulatory requirements.
