Job summary

Platinum Coastal Group is seeking an entry-level, on-site team member to create positive in-person customer experiences and assist customers throughout their journey. The role emphasizes face-to-face interactions with customers, clients, attendees, and community partners at an Indianapolis site.

You will welcome customers, understand their needs, explain solutions, resolve routine concerns, and capture feedback to help improve the overall experience.
