Reltio, Inc. is seeking a Customer Architect in the United States to deepen customer relationships and maximize value from our Context Intelligence Platform.

You will lead strategic technical alignment, enable onboarding, and drive operational excellence while working with customer engineering, product, and support teams. You will present architectural designs, deliver workshops, and manage a portfolio of tickets and enhancement requests, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or similar field required.
• 5+ years in technical support and customer-facing SaaS roles.
• 3+ years with public clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure) and REST APIs.
• Experience with enterprise data management and analytics platforms.
• Strong observability, monitoring, and dashboarding capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical expert on Reltio platform capabilities for customers.
• Present architectural designs including integration approaches.
• Deliver workshops and advisory services to improve customer understanding.
• Collaborate with Support, Advanced Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer tickets, resolutions, and product enhancement requests.
• Own escalation paths and act as single point of contact for engineering issues.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and provide proactive guidance.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Participate in executive reviews and CSAT/NPS initiatives.
• Advocate for customer needs and translate into docs and requests.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
