Job summary

Reltio, Inc. seeks a Customer Architect who thrives on building strong customer relationships and delivering maximal value from our Context Intelligence Platform.

You will drive strategic technical alignment, operational excellence, and expedited issue resolution while advocating for customers and guiding cross-functional teams. You will lead technical workshops, collaborate with engineering and product management, and own escalation processes to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years in technical support or customer-facing technical roles.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise SaaS products.
• 3+ years with public cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• 3+ years with REST APIs and integration tools.
• 3+ years with on-premise or cloud MDM solutions.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (LogDNA, CloudWatch).
• Experience interfacing with Product Management and engineering teams.
• Strong reporting/analytics; dashboard development experience.
• Experience with data management/analytics/big data.
• Accountability and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, risk management, and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical expert on Reltio platform for customers and align with business needs.
• Present architectural designs including integration approaches.
• Deliver workshops and advisory services to improve customer understanding and product usage.
• Collaborate with Support, Advanced engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer tickets, resolutions and feature requests.
• Own escalation paths and coordinate resources for timely resolution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and provide proactive guidance.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Participate in executive reviews and CSAT/NPS surveys.
• Translate customer needs into documentation and product requests.
• Engage in high-level technical discussions and customer/partner experiences.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
