Job summary

Reltio, Inc. seeks a Customer Architect who builds strong customer relationships and maximizes value from the Context Intelligence Platform. You will focus on strategic technical alignment, operational excellence, and expedited issue resolution while advocating for customers.

You will deliver architectural guidance, workshops, and proactive guidance while collaborating across support, engineering, and product teams to ensure customer success. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years in technical support or customer-facing technical roles.
• 3+ years with public cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• 3+ years working with REST APIs and integration tools.
• 3+ years supporting (on-prem or cloud) MDM solutions.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (LogDNA, CloudWatch).
• Experience collaborating with product management and engineering to drive issue resolution and product feedback.
• Strong analytical reporting skills and ability to build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert on the Reltio platform for customers and align with their business needs.
• Present architectural designs and integration approaches to customers.
• Deliver workshops and advisory services to improve product usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with support, advanced engineering, and cross-functional teams on technical needs.
• Manage customer portfolio of tickets and feature requests and drive timely resolutions.
• Own escalation paths and act as the single point of contact for engineering issues.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to provide proactive guidance to customers.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding and cultivate long-term customer satisfaction.
• Participate in executive reviews and CSAT/NPS surveys to strengthen partnerships.
• Translate customer needs into documentation and product enhancement requests.
• Engage in high-quality technical discussions and travel to customer sites as needed.
