Job summary

Reltio, an SAP Company, is looking for a Customer Architect who blends industry knowledge with technical expertise to maximize value from our Context Intelligence Platform. You will drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and expedited issue resolution while advocating for customers across teams.

In this role, you’ll lead workshops, collaborate with product management and engineering, travel to customer sites as needed, and help shape long-term partnerships with leading enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field.
• 5+ years in technical support or customer-facing roles for enterprise SaaS.
• 3+ years with cloud services and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert on Reltio platform for customers and align with business needs.
• Present architectural designs including integration approaches.
• Deliver workshops and advisory services to improve customer tech understanding and product usage.
• Collaborate with Support, Advanced engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Manage customer portfolio of tickets and requests for product enhancements.
• Own escalation paths and coordinate resources for timely resolution of tickets.
• Attend to industry trends and provide proactive guidance to customers.
• Ensure seamless onboarding for long-term customer satisfaction.
• Participate in executive reviews and CSAT/NPS surveys to strengthen partnerships.
• Translate customer needs into documentation and product requests.
• Engage in highly technical discussions to deliver superior customer/partner experience.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
