Job summary

Reltio, an SAP company, seeks a Customer Architect to cultivate strong customer relationships and maximize value from the Context Intelligence Platform. You will drive strategic technical alignment, operational excellence, and proactive issue resolution across customer engineering teams.

In this role, you’ll work with support and product teams, deliver workshops, and own escalation paths to exceed expectations. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in technical support or customer-facing tech roles.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise SaaS products.
• 3+ years with AWS/GCP/Azure and cloud services.
• 3+ years REST APIs and integration tools experience.
• 3+ years with MDM solutions (on-premise or cloud).
• Experience with observability tools (LogDNA, CloudWatch).
• Strong collaboration with PM and engineering for issues.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product input.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical expert on Reltio platform for customers.
• Present architecture designs and integration approaches.
• Deliver workshops and advisory services to improve product usage.
• Collaborate with Support, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer tickets, resolutions, and feature requests.
• Escalate with customers and coordinate resources for timely resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide proactive guidance.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Participate in executive reviews and CSAT/NPS surveys.
• Advocate for customer needs and feed into product enhancements.
