Reltio is seeking a Customer Architect to foster strong customer relationships and maximize value from our cloud-native Context Intelligence Platform. You will align technical solutions with customer business goals, drive strategic engagements, and collaborate across engineering and support to ensure success.

You will engage in workshops, advisory services, and executive reviews, managing escalations and ensuring onboarding excellence. Travel to customer sites is possible as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a technical support role.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role supporting enterprise SaaS.
• 3+ years with AWS/GCP/Azure and their services.
• 3+ years with REST APIs and integration tools.
• 3+ years with on-premise or cloud MDM solutions.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (e.g., LogDNA, CloudWatch).
• Strong communication, problem solving, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical expert on Reltio platform capabilities for customers.
• Present architectural designs and integration approaches.
• Deliver workshops and advisory services to enhance customer understanding.
• Collaborate with Support, Advanced Engineering, and cross‑functional teams.
• Manage customer portfolio of tickets, resolutions, and feature requests.
• Own escalation paths and ensure timely resolution of issues.
