Job summary

Reltio is seeking a Customer Architect to foster strong customer relationships and maximize value from our Context Intelligence Platform. This role blends industry expertise with technical knowledge to ensure customers achieve maximum value, including strategic alignment and operational excellence.

You will lead workshops, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage tickets and feature requests, and serve as a single point of contact for escalations. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years in a technical support capacity.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise SaaS in a customer-facing role.
• 3+ years with public clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure) and their services.
• 3+ years with REST APIs and integration tools.
• 3+ years with MDM solutions (on-prem/cloud).
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (e.g., LogDNA, CloudWatch).
• Ability to interact with Product Management and Engineering to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for Reltio platform solutions aligning with business needs.
• Present architectural designs and integration approaches to customers.
• Deliver workshops and advisory services to optimize product usage.
• Collaborate with Support, engineering and cross-functional teams on escalations.
• Manage customer portfolio of tickets, resolutions and feature requests.
• Own escalation paths and coordinate resources for timely resolutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and provide proactive guidance.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Participate in executive reviews and CSAT/NPS surveys to build partnerships.
• Translate customer needs into documentation and product requests.
• Engage in highly technical discussions and customer/partner experiences.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
