Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support capacity.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS in a customer-facing role.
• 3+ years of experience with Public Clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• 3+ years of experience with REST APIs and integration tools.
• 3+ years of experience with on-premise or cloud MDM solutions.
• Experience in observability and monitoring tools (LogDNA, CloudWatch).
• Experience interfacing with Product Management and engineering to translate customer needs into product requests.
• Excellent reporting/analytical skills, dashboards, and sharing action-oriented insights.
• Experience with enterprise-focused data management, analytics, and big data platforms.
• Accountability and willingness to deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, risk management, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert on Reltio platform capabilities for customers.
• Present architectural designs including integration approaches.
• Deliver workshops and advisory services to promote product usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with Support, Advanced customer engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer portfolio of tickets, resolutions, and product requests.
• Escalation ownership and coordination of resources for timely resolutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and provide proactive guidance.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and foundation for long-term satisfaction.
• Participate in executive reviews and CSAT/NPS surveys to strengthen partnerships.
• Translate customer needs into documentation and product enhancement requests.
• Deliver high-quality customer/partner experiences in technical discussions.
• Travel to customer sites upon request.
