Reltio, an SAP Company, seeks a Customer Architect to strengthen customer relationships and maximize value from our Context Intelligence Platform. You will lead strategic technical alignment, drive operational excellence, and coordinate with product/engineering to resolve complex issues.
You’ll deliver workshops, guide integrations, and advocate for customer needs while staying ahead of industry trends. Travel to customer sites may be required to ensure successful outcomes.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s level technical degree required.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS in a customer-facing role.
- Strong collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
Mansioni
- Serve as the technical expert on Reltio platform capabilities for customers as they develop solutions aligning with business needs.
- Present technical knowledge of architectural designs including integration approaches.
- Deliver workshops and advisory services to enhance customer understanding and promote best practices.
- Work hands-on with customer engineering teams and cross-functional groups to resolve issues.
- Manage customer ticket portfolios, resolutions, and feature requests.
