Job summary

Upbound Group in Draper, Utah, is seeking a Manager of Customer Performance Analytics to lead our analytics function onsite. You will translate complex customer data into clear business recommendations that influence growth, customer experience and financial performance.

The role requires heavy collaboration with Growth, BU, Finance and Technology teams, plus strong storytelling with data and executive-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of analytics experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading analytical teams, including coaching, developing, and managing high-performing talent.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling visualizations and storytelling with data via PowerPoint or other deliverable mediums.
• Exceptional presentation skills, both verbal and written – ability to present to senior leadership teams.
• Ability to collaborate across Growth, Business Unit, Executive Leadership, Finance, Technology and CX Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, prioritization, execution and communication of high-impact analytics initiatives that influence Growth.
• Develop deep expertise in customer journey data to identify opportunities and shape analytical approaches.
• Lead a team contributing to complex analytics initiatives, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.
• Partner with Growth Pod teams and BU leaders to align analytics priorities with business objectives.
