Job summary

Upbound Group is seeking an Analyst in Customer Performance Analytics for the Draper, Utah office to translate complex customer data into clear business recommendations. You will support analytics for the Growth Organization across RAC, Acima, and Brigit, delivering insights that influence growth, customer experience and financial performance.

The role requires building dashboards, conducting strategic analyses, and presenting executive-ready findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or 2+ years analytics experience
• Experience in customer analytics is a plus
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent storytelling with data via presentations

Responsibilities

• Own analysis execution with guidance from manager
• Produce executive-ready presentations and narratives
• Develop strategic recommendations for product, partnerships and BU leaders
• Create context-rich data stories for stakeholder partners
• Partner with Growth Organization Pod teams and Marketing leaders to deliver insights
