Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates to join a growing team in the United States. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and involves driving responsibilities, documentation, and safe vehicle handling.

Shifts run 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm with 7 days per week coverage and rotating days off. Starting pay is $17/hr with growth potential to $19/hr, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a safe driving record and follow Carvana policies.
