Worldwide Express is seeking an Account Specialist to advocate for customers, explain transportation options, and troubleshoot issues to help clients grow their business.

You will communicate daily with customers and internal teams, maintain high activity in our CRM, and build strong partnerships with executives and decision makers within each account.

Collaborating with sales and account management, you will identify opportunities and deliver a responsive, customer-focused service experience.

• Ability to understand and consult customers in relation to fees, products, and services.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support customers in navigating service disruptions.
• Maintain an ongoing focus on creating positive and supportive customer experiences.
• Establish strong partnerships with executives and decision makers within each customer and territory.
