Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Customer Advocate to be the friendly first impression for customers, handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and invoicing, while greeting customers and answering calls and emails. You will contribute to delivering a memorable customer experience every interaction.

The role includes competitive weekly pay starting at $20/hour, a benefits package valued at over $10k, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually, and ongoing paid training with all tools provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience in telephone operations or business administration.
• Ability to provide world class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Welcome in-shop customers and resolve concerns quickly with creative solutions.
• Manage incoming calls, e-mails, and faxes for service issues and invoicing.
• Verify information on work orders, insurance, parts, and scheduling.
• Handle administrative tasks like invoices, credit memos, and rebills.
• Review orders from national contact center and manage dealer parts.
