In this full-time, in-office role, you will guide customers through every stage of their project, answer questions, provide assistance, and help ensure an outstanding experience.

You will learn multiple office roles and provide coverage during PTO, collaborating with a friendly team to deliver timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in customer/client services, call center, help desk, or related industries.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with technology; Excel experience a plus.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage customer interactions.
