Great Day Improvements, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advocate to join our in-office team. This full-time role offers a strong start in customer service with opportunities to grow, learning multiple office functions, and PTO benefits.

You will communicate professionally, guide customers through projects, and ensure an outstanding experience while collaborating with a friendly team in Bucks County. Prior customer service experience and proficiency with Excel are a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer/client services, call center, help desk, or similar service roles.
• Proficient in technology and IT systems; Excel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through every stage of their project and provide outstanding service.
• Answer questions, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support and cover for team members on PTO; adapt to varied daily tasks.
