Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Customer Account Associate to support the Account Director, Senior Manager and Account Managers in achieving annual sales objectives through efficient customer account support, retail execution coordination, reporting, and systems administration.

The role emphasizes coordinating planning meetings, maintaining item data, and supporting forecast accuracy, with pay through $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Sales support, administrative, analytical, or customer account experience preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Retail Execution Support: coordinate materials, NRS workbooks, sell sheets and distribution activities.
• Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration: maintain item data, pricing, UPCs, dimensions and records; support item setup and launches.
• Forecast, Trade & Financial Reconciliation: support deduction analysis, forecast accuracy, and financial reconciliations.
