Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Associate, Customer Account to support Account Directors and Managers in achieving annual sales objectives through customer account support, distributor coordination, and systems administration.

This role emphasizes trade auditing, post‑audit work, and collaboration across cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate pricing, data integrity, and timely reporting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in administrative, analytical, sales support, customer support, Field Sales Representative, or Customer Account Analyst roles preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in SharePoint and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Trade Auditing/Analysis (Deductions, Fines, Claims, Post-Audit Work) support and documentation in partnership with Account Management and Sales Finance.
• Customer Distributor Support: coordinate logistics, NRS materials, and monthly distributor touchpoints.
• Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration: maintain item data, pricing, UPCs, and support item setups across systems.
